A Bangla-first rent-management SaaS for property owners and tenants, covering leases, payments, receipts, and maintenance flows.
Problem
Small property owners often manage rent collection, receipts, tenant communication, and maintenance requests manually, which makes tracking and accountability difficult.
Solution
I built a localized MVP with property, unit, lease, payment, tenant-portal, PDF receipt, OTP auth, and RBAC foundations so both owners and tenants could use one system.
Impact
Turned a paper-heavy workflow into structured digital flows.
Designed for Bangla-first users instead of treating localization as an afterthought.
Created the base for subscription SaaS packaging and tenant self-service.
