Full-StackE-commerceEcosystem(OMS+Storefront)
A complete commerce stack combining a Laravel order-management backend with a fast Next.js storefront for the Bangladeshi market.
Problem
The business needed more than a storefront: orders, inventory, courier workflows, customer communication, and storefront APIs had to work together without turning daily operations into manual spreadsheet work.
Solution
I split the system into a Laravel OMS for operational control and a Next.js storefront for customer experience, then connected them through API-driven workflows, automation, and marketplace-specific UX decisions.
Impact
Centralized order, inventory, courier, and customer operations.
Created a deployable storefront backed by operational data instead of static catalog management.
Improved the foundation for analytics, automation, and future channel expansion.
Highlights
OMS + storefront architecture
Courier and order workflow support
Localized checkout and product experience
